What type of wine should I drink?

in all honesty im not a drinker at all. I have been smoking marijuana for quiet sometime now to deal with extreme insomnia. As better job offers come up I know its time for me to stop smoking but the insomnia worries me alot because I don't want to take any pills or anything that will harm me greatly, so therfore I'd like to get some wine just to have a glass to relax me before bed. But I have NOOO clue what to buy when I look at all the wines so thats where I need some help. when i do go out with friends or what not I like to have drinks that are very fruity. strawberry is prolly my favorite. I see boones farm has all those fruity flavors, but r those really any good? what could you suggest for me? maybe even something that taste like grapes? but something i don't have to drink too much of to get a lil buzz going hahaha. thanks!
