How much does a small tattoo of a pair of lips cost in boone north carolina?

i have found a few shops in boone an also have looked at their websites an checked out the different artist in the shops but i haven't had a chance to contact them does anyone know by any chance what the prices are for a pair of lips on the hips i want the to be about a inch or a inch an a half long can anyone help please? also i don't know if i want color or not i need help figuring that out has well
