Bloody poop after drinking a red wine?

Yesterday, I drank a whole bottle of Boone's Farm Apple Flavored red wine.. and tonight, i went to the bathroom, and it (the poo) was super super super dark almost black, and there was what looked like blood in the water..It wasn't bright but it wasn't dark either. Can I assume that this is from the color of the wine, and not something to worry about? I'm kind of freaking out..
