My ex turned up after 12 years and took my daughter wont give her back beat me up to where do i stand on this?

my ex left me 12 years ago and has not had any contact or paid a penny for their up bringing.he turned up this year with his girlfriend wanting contact i agreed but it caused alot of problems starting with my ex girlfriend teaching pole dancing to a 12 and 14 year old then they were coming home with stillethtos mini skirts boob tubes then new years eve my 2 daughters went to his and watched his girlfriend get drunk bottle some one then my ex their dad stabbed his girlfriend my daughters got removed by police to their nans with out me knowing any thing til recent. i have been telling my ex to see a solicitor for contact but instead he took my 12 year from school i asked him to bring her back but he wouldnt so i went to his to get her they wouldnt let me speak to her and attacked me with a knife got cuts on hand and arm they knocked my front tooth out with a bar splitting my lip and tongue and punched me so much in head my face is swollen and black i ended up smashing their window before going home still with out my daughter police wont get involved said i need to talk to solicitor were do i stand if this goes to court how can i get her back home
