Is my ear infected or am i allergic what can i do about it without having to go the doctors or to the store ?

So 3 weeks ago i got the rim of my ear peirced. people call that cartilage or somthing. for the 1st 2weeks i didnt hav a problem with it i could sleep on it it didnt hurt it was fine. oh yeah when i got the pericing the guy did it with the gun an the stud is gold . anyways recently i remebered im suppoose 2 be cleanin the peircing an i feel like a total idiot 4not remembering that. so i started cleaning it using a q-tip dipped in first hot water then rubbing alchol. my first time actually taking the peircin out 2clean was about 2days ago which is when i noticed my ear. around the peircing is a circle which kind of rose up a little on both the outside an inside of my ear its a slightly darker color than my skin tone and when i stuck thepeircing back in my ear u can see the stabbing part has red on it like im bleeding. oh an 1other detail i play with it a lot pushing it back an forth an twisting it in my ear. the other day while twisting it something yellowish hard an crumb like in feeling fell from my peircin
