Where does Benny go after you kill the Caesar? (Fallout NewVegas)?

So I took Boone up to the Legion Camp and gave him the satisfaction that I killed Caesar and the Legion gang. Only took me 8 stinpacks and 2 superstinpacks and a stealthboy:) Im proud of that lol But when I saved Benny, he said he would "Leave my life or help me take over New Vegas" I really want to do the latter. I'm over the fact that he shot me so really, why can't I work with him? Last I saw, he was being an idiot and attacking the Legion back-up. I left and came back and he was gone, no dead body around. (Legion army didn't attack me because I was dressed like Caesar and Boone and ED-D were being passive) If he dies, it sucks cause I wanted his suit. If he is alive, where is he? Anyone know?
