Creationists,when do you expect cell theory,atomic theory,or the germ theory of disease to stop being theories?

It became a law because it can be proven through experiments. These theories you have given are all accepted and all but laws. Evolution needs a few more generations to be proven, because evolution takes along time to happen, it isn't short term.
