I'm having sharp pains on heart... help?

Yesterday I had hiccups like 4 different times during the day, so could this be gas? I've also been drinking alot of milk because 2 days ago I was at the hospital and found out I have calcium deficiency! Its kind of under and to the side of my left breast! I'm 17 years old, and while at the doctor 2 days ago, he listened to my heart and everything was fine so it's not a heart attack (I hope) it's a sharp stabbing pain that comes and go! If it's trapped gas, how can I relieve this! Drink water? Thanks!!

Windows Vista Start button not working?

Yes I have a Validated copy of Vista. It came pre installed on my machine. It worked just fine earlier today... then after a few hours I clicked it and nothing. This has never happened before. I tried the start menu button on the keyboard and that worked once but not since. I've googled the answer for this fix but I don't really understand it... Can anyone dumb it down for me? I'd really hate to have to do a system restore when I can't back up my system... Is there another way to fix this?
